No lol. I mean, I wouldn't do it simply because of legality issues but if I were allowed to with no legal repercussions I wouldn't feel a bit of remorse in doing so. Insurance is great but it's the principalities that gets me. Nobody should have to deal with having possessions that may have taken them years of hard work to obtain, years of hard work in mods/maintenance stolen/vandalized or have to deal with somebody breaking into a place where you are supposed to feel safe and secure such as a home. If more people WERE shot while attempting the previous stated, maybe we wouldn't have the problem anymore.
Vandalizing or stealing a car is something I just can't relate to. There is no reason for it, I don't care how much you need money...there are other ways. I have trouble finding any sympathy with anyone who is shot or killed while attempting auto theft because I can't for the life of me even imagine ever doing something like stealing or vandalizing someones car. It takes a lower form of human than most of us...a form that I don't necessarily think we need here on earth. So if you can get away with shooting a car thief, I say go for it! |

I wonder how many people who say they'd have no problem shooting and killing another person have actually shot and killed another person.
Nothing intended. You have to do what you have to do barring circumstances and the understanding of your rights and/or what you can (try to) get away w/. But sometimes it just sounds far too cavalier for some reason. Just thinking out loud... |

Im going to get them! Here is my plan, after a few beers this is what we came up with!!! Since i think i know who it is, im going to tell them that i got robbed and ask them if they could watch my house because i have money in there and a bunch of guns i just bought but can't fit in my gun case and tell them im going on a trip and i'll be back in two days. Then i'll have my family leave the house and have a buddy come over and help me secure my house, and if they break in bam, i got them at gun point!
NOTE: sounds dumb yes, but my i was always told, if its a dumb idea and it works, then its not dumb! Soooo give me some input! |

And everything you post online will be used in court as a pre-meditated event.... And if you don't kill the SOB, he will sue you and you'll be paying for the rest of your life. I am all for making a wrong right, just don't want to see your life wasted due to whoever broke in your place.

Well my neighbor told me today that she saw two boys running back and forth between my house and the next street, and one was sitting in a white or silver suv with ks plates 301 SDG or 301 CDG, it was a newer model suv. She confronted 1 and he said he lived in a house two over from her, which is right behind me and we all know he doesnt because we know the guy that lives there and we even asked him. So once i run these plates and go there they might be in for a good ass whoopin!
This has all been reported to the leo's as well! |

Its a shame what happened. I got robbed about this time last year while I was sleeping in the house upstairs. The thoughts & scenarios that go through your mind of "What if's" is not comforting. Just disturbing. I feel lucky that I did not awake & have to deal with any scenarios or I might have not be alive today or have a bunch of legal issues hanging over my head. It sucks I know. The worst is losing your feeling of security that you once had. You will probably still find things missing when you clean up & three months from now.
The dealer or an "A/C-Delco parts supplier can get you an ingnition lock. Figure on an hour if you have the tools an know how. |

| I'm by no means against protecting yourself. And if someone broke into my house while I was home, I would do whatever it takes to protect myself. Sounds like whoever is messing with you is just asking for it. I hope you catch them and good luck. |
